This package is designed for California Real Estate Agents who have an 18-month conditional license, and are required to take two additional courses during the first 18 months to attain their four-year license.  This package includes the following courses:

This package is designed for California Real Estate agents who must renew their 4-year license for the first time.  The following course is included:

• Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing and Risk Management

This package is designed for California Real Estate Agents who have already renewed their license once and must now renew it for the 2nd or subsequent time.  The following courses are included:

• Ethics, Agency, Trust Funds, Fair Housing and Risk Management
• Real Estate Matters

To qualify to be a California Real Estate Broker, you must meet both general and educational requirements.  The general requirements are either two years full time employment (or four years part time) as a Real Estate Agent within the past five years, or a 4-year degree from an accredited college.  The educational requirements are courses selected from the list below.  This package includes all forms required by the California Dept. of Real Estate.
