To qualify to be a California Real Estate Broker, you must meet both general and educational requirements.  The general requirements are either two years full time employment (or four years part time) as a Real Estate Agent within the past five years, or a 4-year degree from an accredited college.  The educational requirements are courses selected from the list below.  This package includes all forms required by the California Dept. of Real Estate.

Take this prep course before you take the California Real Estate Agent or Broker exam to increase your chances of successfully passing.  There are over 1000 questions and answers taken from the most recent state exams.
